單次塞劑塞一次後，等症狀緩解後再服用藥物，不過這個是反覆性陰道炎的處置 但是還是建議先改善生活習慣，例如清潔、飲食、舒壓，如果症狀反覆發作可以先尋求醫師，不過不建議直接自己去買成藥歐，因為要先確診！
